I contacted Drew to diagnose an engine noise but the starter went bad before I could get to the shop. The tech had to replace the starter before testing the motor. This was done quickly and at the low end of the estimate. The engine noise was not easily identified and Drew was upfront with me in that he didn't want to throw parts and money at the issue without being sure what the problem is. He recommended an exhaust repair place to get their opinion and eliminate that as the problem. Honest and upfront regarding what to do I would bring my truck back here again. "
